Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden recently asked Netflix to add a disclaimer informing viewers that The Crown is not wholly factual – a request that the streaming giant firmly denied. Now Josh O’Connor, who plays Prince Charles in the hit series, has labelled Dowden’s actions “outrageous”.
