That’s the loose premise of Annie Baker’s wilfully elusive new piece, featuring the brainstorming session from hell – or possibly about hell, or in hell. Immaculately directed by Baker herself and designer Chloe Lamford, it’s monstrously clever: a philosophical Fright Night.
